About Massimo Chirichiello

Yesenia is truly the best! Kind, caring, and gets the job done. Could not have asked for a better person to list and sell my home. Try her; you will not regret it!

Excellent professional, I recommend her one thousand percent, attentive, correct, and responsible.

Yesenia is hands down the best realtor around! She is super easy to work with, patient, and always answered all my questions whenever I was confused about anything. She went above and beyond to help resolve any issues during the process, even though she truly did not have to, and it was someone else's task to resolve them. Thank you, Yesenia! I'll always recommend you.

My wife and I work with Yesenia buying and selling houses, and she has been wonderful. I had a realtor for a long time who was a friend, and when I noticed her incompetence, we interviewed people and found Yesenia and her husband to be the best. Always getting us top dollar on our sale, and she has also found us our dream home. She and her husband are truly wonderful people.

I worked with Yesenia to rent out my property, and she made the entire process very easy. She was professional, organized, and always quick to respond to my questions. As a landlord, I appreciated how she handled the listing, communicated clearly, and helped find qualified tenants. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail made the experience stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking realtor.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the most patient, hard-working, empathetic Realtor in the city of New Jersey who helped me on my journey towards my new home. She is also very insightful as well. Once again, thank you, Yesenia!

Yesenia was our realtor as a first-time homebuyer family. We were looking in Union and Morris counties and were worried about how hot the market has been in those areas. Yesenia was calm and knowledgeable from the start and seamlessly guided us through the process. We found and put an offer on a house in Westfield the first weekend of looking, and now we're moving in soon! Highly recommend her as a realtor for anyone looking to purchase in the surrounding areas.

If I could give 20 stars, I would, for Yesenia, my Realtor who helped me sell my house in Newark, NJ. She was very professional, experienced, patient, and provided top-notch service. I recommend her 100%. I am incredibly grateful to her and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.

We recently sold our home in Livingston, NJ, and working with Yesenia as our realtor was an amazing experience from start to finish. She came fully prepared to our first meeting with comps and a strong pricing strategy that worked perfectly. Throughout the entire process, she showed professionalism, clear communication, and excellent attention to detail — from the listing design and photography to organizing showings and navigating the closing process. Yesenia and her husband Massimo worked together as a great team, and we truly appreciated their guidance and support — not just with the sale, but also with helping us find a new place to move into. I had the pleasure of working with Yesenia as my realtor when I purchased my first home in East Orange, NJ, in November 2024. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't familiar with the process, and Yesenia made the experience smooth and stress-free. From the start, Yesenia was incredibly helpful and always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Her responsiveness and commitment to keeping me updated were invaluable during such a nerve-wracking process. Yesenia is very professional with her work ethic, but at the same time she creates a very friendly atmosphere. We had a very good experience checking multiple homes. She arranged the showings at the earliest possible time. Also had good Real estate experience, which helped us. This buying process was as "seamless" as it could probably be. She was proactive in coordinating with multiple parties to complete the closing as planned. She is such a nice person to work with. We recommend her for any of your real estate needs in New Jersey.

Yesenia sold two properties for me with fast results. She knows the market very well. I got multiple offers on both properties and received over the asking price on one. She has a very helpful partner, Massimo, who went above and beyond to get things done in a timely manner to keep closing dates on schedule. You actually get two people for the price of one, lol! I highly recommend her if you need a realtor in NJ. Thank you Yesenia and Massimo.

Selling and/or buying a home is no easy feat; however, when you have two of the most professional, trustworthy people helping you, it becomes fun! My mother and I had the pleasure of working again with Yesenia as our realtor, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From identifying properties to the final closing, Yesenia demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that exceeded our expectations. One of Yesenia's key strengths is her attentiveness.
